Hope you all are doing well. You can enjoy the fantastic weather if you are on the East Coast. We had a lovely Diwali celebration at home. It was low-key but certainly beautiful, with a lot of family time and good, old-fashioned homemade food. I had a variety of Indian sweets and other indulgent treats, which I still enjoy. And we are almost at the last day of October. I just got caught up in the festivities and fall foliage, and I don't feel like letting it go. Anyway, I'm sharing some pictures of our home's Diwali celebration. Wearing a cotton apple green salwar kameez with organza dupatta and rose hand floral prints. I love the delicious color of the suit and the dark statement lips for a festive feel; otherwise, it's an easy, breezy, simple outfit. A loose, messy hair bun and some roses, of course. Hope you like this simple Diwali look.  

   New England and its iconic fall foliage season; if you are in Stowe, you probably should thank your stars because this is the place that truly turns into a fall wonderland. True synonyms of New England Charm and beauty are engulfed in crimson vistas, displaying dotted colors against the backdrop of green mountains, barns, and farms; everything is magical here.  Last year I blogged about the best places to visit in Stowe, Vermont and this year I will take you through the best instaworthy places where you can take the best pictures while smitten by the beauty of fall foliage.   1. Grand View Barn—Barns are a quintessential part of Vermont's beautiful landscape, and the Grand View Barn is something that you just can't miss. A 100-year-old structure, now protected under the Stowe Land Trust, is situated on a steep hill and surrounded by Hogback Mountain. A long, narrow passage on the side makes it look  like a postcard....

       New England has been wonderful these days, weather-wise. I love how the sultry summer beautifully transitions into fall, with its vibrant leaves, rich flavors, cozy boots, and layers. Lots on my mind, as India celebrates a glorious festive season thousands of miles away, and I feel the festive vibes here.  Buying balloons with my  Dad , the jingling of colorful bangles in the stores, and how our small town decked up are now distant memories.   Celebrating festivities in India has its own charm, whether it's the food, the hustle and bustle, or the natural transitions. Nevertheless, I love to dress up for Indian festivities. As you may know, I have a fondness for old and classic pieces.   NYC is always full of chaos, hustle, and bustle, yet you will always love to come to this robust and romantic city. Attending fashion week is a little stressful and tiring at the end of the day, but it is always an unparalleled experience that words can hardly do justice to. This is my last post on NYFW. Here are the 1st post and 2nd posts . This show was a little unexpected as it did not exactly tell what the designers were going to show. This show features 8 designers, all of whom are students and teachers. As the show unfolded, I was in awe. I loved how an array of design cuts was displayed. I loved this illustrious collection as everyone brought something different to the table.    What I wore...I wore a voluminous, deep brown, embroidered dress with hand embroidery, a belt, and a light camel-colored pump, paired with dark red lips. Behind creating this look is the classic, and so NYC merges into an autumn vibe. I hope you love this look.  

Attending NYFW is an enthralling experience. Global fashion collective in NYFW was my 1st Experience in NYFW F/W2022. Coming back and attending this year is even more special. In this event, I got to see different designers from across the globe under one roof. This time, I witnessed 4 unique multi-facet designers from 4 different countries.   Lunalee (USA) - GFC 1st show unfolds with Lunalee, a Korean American who grew up in California and moved to NYC. Chic and contemporary designs with a minimalist approach in dynamic shapes and silhouettes influence a unique blend of two continents, Korea and America. Dr. Maaya (Japan) - A trained Nuerosrgeon then studied Art and Design at Central St. Martin in London and showcased her creation in Vancouver Fashion Week 2019. Rhapsody of colors, quirks, and creativity is a fulcrum factor in her designs in GFC. Her designs blend artsy and crafty, a happy fashion indeed. It has been a week now, and I still can't fathom the fact that I attended NYFW S/S2023. As a fashion blogger, attending NYFW presents numerous opportunities for networking and, most importantly, witnessing the work and style of many incredibly talented people, while also realizing how much I need to learn and improve. My 1st Show was the Gita Omri Runway show. It is a very special show, and as a woman, I can relate to it. I love the fact that the worldview has been changing about women's standard of beauty and breaking all the status quo, belonging to one size group. Gita Omri's show called Resilience in NYFW S/S2023 Runway Show is NOT PLUS, NOT MINUS, JUST WOMENSWEAR.   It's about size inclusivity and promoting body positivity in her 37-piece capsule collection.
