Where to eat in Athens (Vegan and vegetarian options)

For people who have visited Greece or Athens, the flavors of Greek cuisine will always linger in their taste buds. You can't deny the appeal of the lip-smacking Greek gastronomy.  From savory and succulent Mausaka to Falafel, Souvlaki, and enticing Tzatziki, to luscious Loukoumades,  Athens  is a foodie's home, and I won't be wrong in saying  Athens  is the foodie capital too.    My favorites are here:  A for Athens.  The name lives up to the name of this restaurant.  Breathtaking panoramic views of the astonishing Acropolis, magical views of Monastiraki Square,   and excellent food make this restaurant worth visiting.  Had one of the best drinks for a sober like me. Upscale Greek cuisine with a modern touch and twist makes it one of my favorites. Quebec City is the ultimate destination for foodies. The assimilation of French and Canadian cultures makes it even more interesting and alluring. First of all, the choices are vast, making it challenging to make a selection. Exploring local food while traveling provides a thorough understanding of the culture of the place.  Don Vegan - Seated in the historic Old  Quebec , this completely vegan restaurant's location is everything that will soak in Quebec City. Reminiscing and reliving Magh Bihu

  Nostalgia is a part of every immigrant's life, a treasure trove. I carry a piece of Assam in my heart and wear it on my sleeves. Special occasions and festivities often transport me back to my homeland, especially to my large family with all Our Uncles and Aunts, to our house and our expansive courtyard in Assam. During this time, my homeland, Assam, celebrates Magh Bihu with great zeal. Magh Bihu is a harvest festival, similar to Thanksgiving in the USA, where the end of the harvest season is widely celebrated. I reminisce those wonderful times, how in the guidance of my Koka (Grandfather) we used to build a makeshift house in our courtyard, my Pehis(Aunts) and Mom prepared Bihu delicacies. How the whirlpool of flavor straightly tantalized my senses with roasted sesame, ground sticky rice, and the sticky and syrupy smell of jaggery.
